We are a fast-growing, creative, and detail-oriented brand looking for someone who is equally creative and operationally strong to join our team.This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who can execute at a high level, solve problems independently, and take ownership of their work.Position OverviewWe are hiring a Part-Time Content &amp; Operations Assistant who can support both content creation and daily operational tasks such as order fulfillment.This role requires someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and experienced in filming, editing, and producing high-quality content. You must be comfortable working independently and thinking critically without constant supervision.ResponsibilitiesContent Creation &amp; Media (50%)<ul><li>Film TikToks, Reels, and product content</li><li>Set up lighting and shooting environments independently</li><li>Edit videos (short-form preferred) with strong pacing and brand alignment</li><li>Assist in creative direction and execution of shoots</li><li>Capture behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content</li><li>Maintain consistent aesthetic and brand tone</li></ul>Operations &amp; Fulfillment (50%)<ul><li>Pick, pack, and ship orders</li><li>Conduct quality control checks on garments</li><li>Organize inventory</li><li>Assist with basic Shopify product uploads</li><li>Support with general in-office tasks as needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and video editing</li><li>Strong understanding of lighting, filming, and short-form video trends</li><li>Proficient in video editing software (CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Able to work independently without needing constant direction</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment</li><li>Must be local and available for in-person work</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Creative but also operationally sharp</li><li>Takes initiative and finds solutions independently</li><li>Understands fashion, aesthetics, and social media trends</li><li>Calm under pressure</li><li>Reliable and punctual</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Hourly pay based on experience</li><li>Growth opportunity within the brand</li></ul>To ApplyPlease send:<ul><li>Resume</li><li>Portfolio or examples of video work (TikTok/Reels preferred)</li><li>A short paragraph explaining why you&rsquo;d be a strong fit for this role</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $15.00 per hourExpected hours: 3 &ndash; 15 per weekWork Location: In person
