 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Role Overview:
 
 A Clinic RN works within the scope of their nursing practice to deliver quality patient care in a clinical setting, collaborating with physicians, specialists, and care teams to support both short-term and long-term patient needs.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Patient Care &amp; Evaluation Administer treatments and medications as per medical directives.
 </li>

 Collect and document patient information upon arrival.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support patient evaluations by assisting in clinical assessments.
 </li>

 Patient Education
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure patients understand post-care instructions and follow-up requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment plans, and medication regimens.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Customer Service &amp; Advocacy
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Facilitate the resolution of any patient concerns, escalating to the department manager as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and families.
 </li>

 Collaboration
 </li>
 <ul>

 Maintain open communication within the team to ensure seamless patient care.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.

 Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and standards.
 </li>

 Document all nursing activities and patient interactions accurately.

 EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
 
 
 
 Minimum of an Associate&rsquo;s Degree in Nursing
 
 
 
 CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
 
 
 
 Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or within a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
 
 
 BLS Certification required.
