<div><p><b>Position Summary</b></p>
</div>
<div><p>Heart to Heart is seeking a creative, organized and highly motivated <b>Content Creator &amp; Multimedia Marketing Coordinator</b> to support the growth of our marketing department through mission-driven storytelling, photography, videography, content production and marketing execution.</p>
</div>
<div><p>This role is responsible for capturing and creating authentic content that supports recruitment, employee engagement, service line awareness, brand growth, internal communication and community connection across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.</p>
</div>
<div><p>The ideal candidate is highly creative, comfortable working independently in the field and passionate about telling meaningful stories through photo, video and digital content. This position will regularly travel to homes, programs, events and community settings to capture content and support marketing initiatives.</p>
</div>
<div><p>While content creation is the primary focus of this role, this individual will also support marketing execution by assisting with social media scheduling, campaign coordination, content organization and day-to-day marketing support, particularly during periods of increased departmental need.</p>
</div>
<div><p>Because many employee events, community outings, recruitment efforts and marketing opportunities occur outside traditional business hours, <b>this role may require </b><b>occasional evening and weekend availability</b><b>.</b></p>

Position Summary</b></div>

The Community Supports Manager oversees the development, implementation, and quality of non-licensed programs at Heart to Heart Home Care. This role ensures services meet the needs of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, comply with state and federal guidelines, and align with our mission. The Manager works closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain program excellence, foster community connections, and ensure consumer satisfaction. Responsibilities include using Therap and HHAeXchange for documentation, billing, and compliance. This is a hybrid position (2 days remote, 3 days in-office, adjusted as needed) and requires 24/7 on-call availability.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Requirements</b></div>
<ul><li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities &mdash; flexible for the right candidate; training provided if needed.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred, but not required.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must pass state and federal background checks with no disqualifying factors.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Valid NJ driver&rsquo;s license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
