<div><p>Hearth &amp; Home Technologies is looking for a<b> Marketing Operations Manager </b>to join our Marketing Department, part of the Fireplaces Business Unit in<b> Lakeville, MN.
</b></p><p>This is a hybrid position (4 days in office and 1 day remote).</p><p>

The Fireplaces Business Unit is one of our key business units within Hearth &amp; Home Technologies, featuring leading brands such as Heat &amp; Glo, Majestic, Heatilator, and more. This business unit is dedicated to advancing fireplace technology and design, reflecting our commitment to exceptional quality and comfort.
</p><div>We are seeking a hands-on <b>Marketing Operations Manager</b> to lead, scale, and execute high-quality creative output from concept to completion. In this role, you will serve as the essential connective tissue between external vendors and internal teams&mdash;including Brand, Digital, Segment, and Channel Marketing&mdash;to optimize processes and deliver projects on time and on budget.</div><div>

Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li><b>
Vendor Management: </b>Build, evaluate, and optimize a high-performing network of external creative and technical partners</li><li><b>
Financial Oversight: </b>Manage vendor contracts, budgets, scopes of work, and billing processes efficiently</li><li><b>
Tech Administration: </b>Own, optimize, and manage licenses for core creative and project management tools</li><li><b>
Production Leadership: </b>Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including budget and logistics management</li><li><b>
Event Logistics: </b>Support planning, budgeting, vendor selection, and on-site execution for experiential brand events</li><li><b>
Cross-Functional Alignment: </b>Partner with Product, Sales, and Brand teams to streamline creative workflows and assets</li><li><b>
Hands-on Creative: </b>Provide backup design and video editing support to maintain project quality and momentum</li><li><b>
Team Leadership: </b>Guide, mentor, and foster accountability within a team of Project and Event Managers</li></ul><div><b>
Minimum Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>
4 + years of experience in creative operations, production, or a related field</li><li>
Proven experience managing external vendors, contracts, budgets, and production logistics</li><li>
Strong understanding of creative workflows across print, digital, and multimedia</li><li>
Proven experience managing, developing, coaching, and mentoring direct reports</li><li>
Competency in core creative production tools and platforms.</li><li>
Excellent cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Direct experience supporting trade shows, events, or experiential marketing.</li><li>
Deep familiarity with project management systems and design software</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities with a hands on, solution-oriented mindset</li><li>
Experience in project management tools (i.e. Jira, Wrike, Workfront, etc.) and data asset management (i.e. Bynder)</li></ul></div>
