Position Summary:
The Senior Network Engineer will develop, implement, and support network services and solutions for consulting clients. This position will build a customer-focused relationship with clients to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements to arrive at the best solution.
Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Work as a member of the HBS Network team as a leader and contributor that provides consultative and proactive project support to HBS&rsquo;s account base.</li><li>
Collaborate and be a leader across multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery and timely of the scope of work.</li><li>
Research new products for selection, enhance configuration standards and best practices and educate team members on these products and services to enhance the sales process.</li><li>
Provide senior level support, maintenance, and administration for customer networks and review for other potential concerns or enhancement opportunities.</li><li>
Work in and always model a positive team atmosphere between regional and virtual practices while maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor.</li><li>
Create and maintain detailed documentation of past projects to potentially provide time estimates and project scopes for new related projects.</li><li>
Create and maintain current vendor/industry specific certifications and stay current on new products and solutions by utilizing networks of resources.</li><li>
Minimum of 1,450 hours billed per fiscal year prorated based on start date. These charge hour requirements will be balanced against professional development and on the job training.</li></ul>

Required Experience:<ul><li>
3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise networks in a technical, client-facing or consulting role.</li><li>
Experience with installing and supporting Cisco or HP/Aruba networks, including IOS, IOS-XR, NX-OS, and core protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, Layer 2/3, Multicast, and QoS.</li></ul>
Preferred Experience:<ul><li>
3+ years&rsquo; experience in a technical related field</li><li>
3+ years&rsquo; experience working as a consultant</li><li>
Experience configuring Next Generation Firewalls, designing enterprise level network environments.</li></ul>
Required Skills, Education and/ or Certifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Networking, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>
One or more of the following certifications: CCNP, CCA-C, VCA-DV, MCA or equivalent level certifications</li></ul>
Preferred Skills, Education and/ or Certifications:<ul><li>
Cisco Nexus technologies such as VDC, vPC, VXLAN, etc.</li><li>
Cisco based ISR-based VPN solutions such as FLEX-VPN, GET-VPN, or DMVPN.</li><li>
Data Center / Core design, configuration, and implementation utilizing Cisco Nexus Architecture (9K, 7K, 6K, 5K, 3K, 2K, 1000V).</li><li>
Software Defined Networking (SDA, SD-WAN)</li><li>
Cisco/Meraki/Aruba Wireless such as Controller or autonomous based, Design using Ekahau or similar product and High Density/Manufacturing/Office/Education</li><li>
Familiarity or experience with Meraki (Wireless, Security Products, Switches, SDWAN), Citrix NetScaler ADC/SDWAN deployment a plus, Network security appliances Including Cisco ASA/FTD, Palo Alto firewalls, Fortinet firewalls and related technology, and additional core technologies such as: Riverbed, OpenDNS, Infoblox, Cisco Optical, NetBrain, FireEye, SolarWinds, SPLUNK?</li></ul>

Position Summary:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Team Lead to join us and help grow our online presence, boost conversions, increase engagement, and drive sales. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our company's mission, vision, and values. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing projects and campaigns across various channels, such as web, email, social media, and display advertising. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of SEO/SEM and generative AI.
The Digital Marketing Team Lead has a passion for digital marketing and innovation and will partner closely with our Marketing Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of our website. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our website is user-friendly, secure, up-to-date, and aligned with our organizational goals and brand identity. This position will also be responsible for managing our social media accounts, which includes developing and executing our social media calendar to align with our content strategy.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals and objectives</li><li>
Lead a small, nimble digital marketing team</li><li>
Manage and oversee all aspects of our digital advertising and marketing campaigns, including budget, content, design, performance, and reporting</li><li>
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as partners, marketing, sales, product, design, and development</li><li>
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our digital marketing using various metrics and tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media analytics</li><li>
Identify and evaluate new opportunities and trends in the digital marketing landscape and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation</li><li>
Create and maintain an editorial calendar and a content pipeline for our digital channels</li><li>

5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing</li><li>
3+ years of B2B marketing experience</li><li>
Experience with website and social media strategy</li></ul>

3+ years in B2B marketing within cybersecurity and/or technology service space</li><li>
Familiar with web design and development principles and practices, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.</li><li>
Proficient in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.</li></ul>
Required Skills, Education and/ or Certifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations</li><li>
PC proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook</li></ul>
