Job Summary</b></h3></div><div><p>
The Warehouse Operational Technician for the recycling and pallet yard is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all activities related to the handling, processing, and distribution of recyclable materials and pallets. This role ensures that all tasks are performed in compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.</p></div></div><div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Job Responsibilities</b></h3></div><div><ul><li>
Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and sort incoming recyclable materials and pallets. Operate forklifts, conveyor systems, and other machinery for material handling. Organize materials and pallets within the yard for efficient storage and retrieval.</li><li>
Quality Control: Inspect materials and pallets for quality, damage, and contamination. Segregate materials that do not meet quality standards and initiate corrective actions.</li><li>
Recycling Process: Operate equipment (e.g., balers, compactors) to process recyclable materials. Ensure that recycling processes are carried out efficiently and safely. Assist in maintaining equipment and performing basic maintenance tasks, e.g., oil, lubrication, hydraulics, etc.</li><li>
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.</li><li>
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for handling materials and equipment. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and reporting requirements.</li><li>
Customer Service: Assist customers with material drop-offs and pick-ups. Address inquiries and provide information about recycling and pallet yard services.</li><li>
Documentation: Complete required paperwork, including shipping and receiving documents. Keep detailed records of recycling and pallet processing activities.</li><li>
Teamwork: Collaborate with other warehouse personnel to achieve operational goals. Provide support during peak periods or as needed.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Job Requirements</b></h3></div><div><ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>
A minimum of one year of work experience is required.</li><li>
Prior experience in machine operation in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.</li><li>
Previous experience working in a high-speed industrial environment preferred.</li><li>
Working knowledge of industrial technology is preferred.</li></ul>

The Operational Technician is responsible for efficiently operating production equipment to safely produce the highest quality and best tasting beverage in the world.</p></div></div><div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Job Responsibilities</b></h3></div><div><ul><li>
Operation of High-Speed Packaging equipment. Perform the process of filling branded containers, either cans or bottles, with liquid product. Monitor and maintain blow-mold technology for production of various PET sizes. Applies brand identification labels to product bottles. Supply lids, cardboard cartons, or cans into an automated machine to produce and form a variety of different package types. Perform routine checks and inspections to identify and resolve any equipment malfunctions/abnormalities, ensuring minimal downtime. Perform and/or assist in product and package change overs.</li><li>
Understand and perform minor servicing and lockout tagout procedures when necessary.</li><li>
Conducts visual quality inspections of product and enters quality information into the quality database system; communicates any out-of-specification findings and takes appropriate action.</li><li>
Document and maintain accurate records of production data, equipment maintenance, and process parameters.</li><li>
Perform required Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication (CIL) maintenance on equipment.</li><li>
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and maximize efficiency.</li><li>
Adhere to all regulatory requirements, company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures. Complete assigned training.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
