Job SummaryThe Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of accounting principles, and coordination with internal teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain books of accounts including entries, vouchers, and ledgers</li><li>Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Prepare and reconcile bank statements</li><li>Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements</li><li>Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports</li><li>Support statutory audits and internal audits</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable laws</li><li>Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and related documentation</li><li>Maintain vendor and customer accounts</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in accounting or finance (Interns may apply if applicable)</li><li>Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar)</li><li>Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, InternshipPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
