We value professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.Responsibilities<ul><li>Case management: maintain files and track deadlines</li><li>Client communication: provide updates, gather documents, schedule meetings</li><li>Court preparation: assemble exhibits, prepare trial binders, coordinate filings</li><li>Discovery support: prepare requests, organize responses, summarize records</li><li>Draft and revise pleadings, motions, and settlement documents</li><li>Communicate with court personnel and opposing counsel</li><li>Assist attorneys with hearing and trial preparation</li><li>Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools to support case developement.</li><li>Provide administrative support including calendar management, phone etiquette, scheduling meetings, answering multi-line phone, and handling routine clerical tasks within the law office environment.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate</li><li>Strong research skills utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research platforms.</li><li>Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence with attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in legal case management software</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining organizational excellence.</li><li>Experience with legal administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, transcription, and document management systems.</li><li>Effective communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette; capable of interviewing clients.</li><li>Strong organizational skills combined with clerical experience in a busy law office setting; ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li></ul>Join our team where your skills will make a meaningful impact!
