Please join our team as we continue to grow.Job DescriptionHederman Brothers is looking for a responsible, hard-working team player for a full-time position to help with our graphic/signage production and perform installations at the client&rsquo;s location. Between installations, individuals will assist in the production area doing various tasks. They will be responsible for all aspects of the physical production of graphics/signage, which includes preparing substrates and applying vinyl according to written instructions and under general direction. They will also be responsible for mounting and/or laminating prints, proofreading signs, and conducting quality assurance to ensure efficient production of accurate signs. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced environment and is determined to make every project their absolute best. A willingness to travel with overnight stays is occasionally required.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Solid communication skills</li><li>Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize</li><li>Positive professional attitude</li><li>Willing to train in aspects of sign and graphics installation</li><li>Prepares substrates for application, which may include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, and maintaining the substrates for vinyl application</li><li>Performs quality assurance measures pre- and post-production</li><li>Performs finishing operations such as laminating, encapsulating, and/or mounting of printed pieces</li><li>Helps unload raw materials and cleans and maintains storage areas</li><li>Works on different projects simultaneously</li><li>Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments</li><li>Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes</li><li>Loads and transports signage/graphics to the destination</li><li>Prepares worksite by removing unwanted signage/graphics, preparing mounting surfaces, and ensuring all electrical sources are in order (if applicable)</li><li>Cleans installation site</li><li>Operate several machines, such as lift vehicles.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Two years experience in a construction setting and installation (preferred)</li><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license &ndash; A Must</li><li>Pass a background check</li><li>Able to work well under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work</li><li>Able to lift 50 or more pounds</li><li>Able to use light-powered equipment</li><li>Light metal fabrication experience is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
