</b></p><ul><li><p>Perform general cleanup and maintenance of plant grounds and equipment
</p></li><li><p>Assist with material handling and equipment operation as needed
</p></li><li><p>Support plant operations by following safety and operational procedures
</p></li><li><p>Conduct routine inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns
</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices
</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What Are We Looking For
</b></p><ul><li><p>Demonstrated ability to work safely in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial environment
</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
</p></li><li><p>Willingness to learn and operate various types of equipment
</p></li><li><p>Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
</p></li><li><p>Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Conditions of Employment
</b></p><ul><li><p>Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

</b></p><ul><li><p>Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

</b></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary administrative partner to the Vice President/General Manager, managing calendars, coordinating travel, handling confidential information, and supporting special projects.
</li><li>Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming office environment, overseeing front desk/reception duties and ensuring operational readiness of shared spaces and conference rooms.
</li><li>Manage office systems, equipment, supplies, vendors, and property management coordination to ensure uninterrupted operations.
</li><li>Implement and improve office processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures to streamline efficiency and support staff needs.
</li><li>Lead planning and execution of meetings, events, workshops, and team activities, including scheduling, logistics, technology setup, and catering support.
</li><li>Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors, maintaining professional appearance, hospitality standards, and operational support throughout the day.
</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For
</b></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required; BS/BA in business administration or a relevant field preferred, with 3+ years supporting senior leadership or management.
</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously, demonstrating strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
</li><li>Dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented, able to manage competing requests and balance office operations with executive support.
</li><li>Comfortable with hands-on office tasks and occasional physical duties, able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work Environment
</b></p><p>This role is based in a fast-paced office setting with frequent interaction across employees, vendors, and visitors. It requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while supporting both office operations and executive leadership.

</b></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary $61,900 - $72,735
