Job Overview We&rsquo;re a dynamic, plaintiff-focused personal injury firm seeking a litigation associate who is passionate about standing up for injured clients and eager to try cases. This is an on-site role offering active files, meaningful client contact, and the chance to grow into a long-term leadership position within the firm.The ideal candidate has strong courtroom instincts, outstanding people skills, and the drive to build and maintain trusted client relationships.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage a caseload of personal injury files from pre-suit through trial</li><li>Conduct and defend depositions, including treating providers, experts, and parties</li><li>Argue motions, attend arbitrations and mediations, and participate in trials</li><li>Communicate regularly and clearly with clients, keeping them informed and confident</li><li>Develop referrals and business opportunities through client relationships and community presence</li><li>Work collaboratively with the litigation team on strategy and case preparation</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation (plaintiff or defense)</li><li>Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Minnesota</li><li>Excellent oral advocacy and legal writing skills</li><li>Proven success in No-Fault arbitrations, discovery practice, and pretrial litigation</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills &mdash; able to build rapport and communicate with clients from all walks of life</li><li>Interest in long-term growth with a trial-oriented, client-first practice</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Active litigation work with support from an experienced team</li><li>Partnership track based on performance and long-term commitment</li><li>Competitive salary, discretionary bonuses, and full benefits package</li><li>A professional culture that values preparation, communication, and results</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
