We are opening positions to join our team as a Customer Ambassador.This position will be the frontline of our client, playing a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales across the tri-state area. As an Entry Level Verizon Customer Ambassador you will engage directly with customers, guide them through the enrollment process, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Entry Level Verizon Customer Ambassador:<ul><li>Create initial conversations with potential customers, identifying opportunities to present client's services and converting them into sales opportunities</li><li>Walk customers through the enrollment process, addressing inquiries and handling sensitive customer information with respect and professionalism ensuring all transactions are done within the compliance guidelines.</li><li>Assist the Sales Department with the creation and execution of customer outreach campaigns, collaborating with other departments and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.</li><li>Keep accurate records of all transactions, customer interactions, and sales to create analytics reports and achieve company sales goals.</li><li>Participate in team training sessions, share best practices and exchange proven methods for the betterment of the customer enrollment process.</li><li>Stay updated on client changes, bundles, price advantages that will benefit the customers and set us aside from competitors offering better service and a better experience.</li></ul>Entry Level Verizon Customer Ambassador Requirements: <ul><li>A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.</li><li>0-2 years of previous customer service experience.</li><li>Reliable transportation to meet customers directly.</li><li>Motivated and looking to grow within the company.</li><li>Strong communicator, effectively conveying information and building relationships with customers, fostering long-term retention and brand loyalty.</li><li>Relatable, personable, collaborative, and goal-oriented.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $3,500.00 - $4,850.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
