</p><p>Our Truck Drivers are reliable and dependable and represent Helena in a courteous and professional manner while out on the road and at the home office. Our drivers are required to use tact and diplomacy in every aspect of the job when working with our customers, other Helena employees and with their leaders.

<b>WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE</b></p>
<p>
</p><ul><li>Assists in loading trailer with materials.
</li><li>Unloads trailer by using forklift or hand truck.</li>
<li>Transports loads over required route to proper destinations.
</li><li>Obtains shipping bills and necessary signatures.
</li><li>Returns completed paperwork to the shipping office.
</li><li>Removes empty skids from trailer truck and carries them to designated piling area.</li>
<li>Performs miscellaneous service duties on vehicle including checking oil, water, gasoline and air in tires on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Other work-related duties as assigned by leader.</li>
<li>Regular and reliable attendance is required.

</li></ul><p></p><p><b>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE</b></p>

<li>Hazmat &amp; Tanker endorsements are preferred.

</p><p><b>WORK ENVIRONMENT &amp; PHYSICAL ASPECTS OF THE JOB</b></p>

</p><p>The work environment for this position is a warehouse/outdoor environment where the noise level is usually moderate to loud and occasionally very loud. In this position, you will work outdoors in all types of weather conditions with exposure to outdoor elements. When working in the warehouse, you will regularly work around moving equipment/mechanical parts and could be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, chemical and biological hazards, vibrations and a risk of electrical shock.
</p><p></p><p>This position requires you to use your hands for many different tasks and to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand (8 hours a day or more), lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling (up to and including 50lbs or more), reaching overhead (up to and including 25lbs), climbing, gripping, grasping and twisting using hands and wrists, bending and stooping for long periods of time, working below knee levels for short periods of time and working above shoulder level for short periods.

</p><p>The Registration Manager for Helena Agri-Enterprises is responsible for the coordination, preparation, submission and attainment of registrations and re-registrations to support all Helena product and business needs. Additionally, this role involves professionally interacting with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), trade associations, grower groups, customers, industrial partners and competitors, as needed. This position also assists in developing procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.</p>

</p><p><b>WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE</b></p>
<p>
</p><ul><li>Provides knowledgeable and accurate interpretation of all federal regulation and registration requirements affecting Helena's pesticide product line.
</li><li>Provides leadership with interpretation of laws and regulations to ensure that adequate registration requirements are met and that no violations occur affecting the development of and the sales and marketing of Helena products.
</li><li>Works closely with registration team members as well as provide registration advice and strategic support to management, R&amp;D technical staff and Brand Managers.</li>
<li>Plans and coordinates registration activities, maintains and defends all Helena-branded or proprietary products.
</li><li>Assembles and submits new product registration packages to the U.S. EPA for new pesticide labels.
</li><li>Provides maintenance to existing product registrations due to new regulations or requests from sales, marketing and lab through the amendment and notification of processes.</li>
<li>Registers and maintains all Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) product submissions.</li>
<li>Coordinates sub-registration with basic suppliers and Helena customers.</li>
<li>Obtains EPA establishment numbers for new Helena locations and submits annual bulk pesticide reports for each location to the appropriate EPA division office.</li>
<li>Monitors changes in federal and state regulations for product labeling by written and personal contact with the U.S. EPA.</li>
<li>Attends relevant regulatory conferences.</li>
<li>Provides input to product label text and proofreads the print drafts to ensure compliance with EPA requirements regarding pesticide regulations.
</li><li>Ensures that label drafts are in compliance with applicable regulations prior to passing label to the set-up team.
</li><li>Maintains computerized records of registration for all pesticide products. This includes posting to internal databases and providing updated registration information to department, division and business unit offices.</li>
<li>Manages other members of the team.</li>
<li>Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Other work-related duties as assigned by leader.</li>
<li>Reliable and regular attendance is required.</li>

</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree (ideally within a scientific discipline) and five years of experience as a federal registration manager working with EPA is required.</li>

</p><p>The Warehouse Manager is responsible for establishing operational procedures for activities in the warehouse. This includes hiring and training new team members to operate the facility.
</p><p></p><p><b>WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE</b></p>

</p><ul><li>Verifies incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials and keeping the warehouse inventory current.</li>
<li>Inspects physical condition of the warehouse, equipment and vehicles.
</li><li>Prepares work orders for repairs and requisitions for replacement of equipment and vehicles.</li>
<li>Maintains monthly truck reports.</li>
<li>Meets with department leaders to ensure coordination of warehouse activities as well as other functions such as production, sales, records control, purchasing and compliance.</li>
<li>Directs salvage of damaged and used materials.</li>
<li>Participates in planning team safety and plant protection activities (i.e. safety data sheets) to comply with OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations.</li>
<li>Handles walk-in sales and works with supplier representatives.</li>
<li>Ensures that all drivers conform to DOT regulations.</li>
<li>Provides back-up to Truck Drivers and other team members when needed.</li>
<li>Manages other team members.</li>
<li>Driving a company vehicle is required.</li>
<li>Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Other work-related duties as assigned by leader.</li>
