<li>Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods.</li>
<li>Dexterity for tasks such as connecting electrical components and making precise measurements.</li>

Helios HVAC/R Services LLC determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is up to $45 an hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

<div>HVAC/R Service Managers will oversee daily area operations and manage technicians to ensure we meet our customers' needs within their required SLAs. The Service Manager reports to the Regional Director of Operations and has Field Supervisors and Service Technicians as direct reports. The number of field staff will vary by state.

Helios determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Commercial HVAC/R Service Manager

<div>Position Summary 
The Billing Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices while supporting the company's financial performance and operational efficiency. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work independently to meet daily production goals, maintain gross margin targets, and ensure compliance with client-specific invoicing requirements. The Billing Specialist plays a critical role in revenue cycle performance by delivering quality, timely, and compliant billing outcomes. 


Experience Requirement
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or revenue cycle operations, preferably in a high-volume or service-based environment.</li>
</ul><ul><li>HVAC and/or refrigeration industry experience is a plus, with familiarity in service work orders, labor tracking, and materials billing strongly preferred.</li></ul> 


Key Responsibilities

</div><ul><li>Process a high volume of invoices daily, maintaining both speed and accuracy.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Review all invoices prior to posting to ensure completeness and correctness.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Validate labor hours, materials, and pricing to ensure accuracy and margin compliance.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Submit invoices to clients within 1 business day, including all required documentation.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Consistently achieve a minimum KPI target of 30 invoices processed per day while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.</li>
</ul><div><ul><li>Gross Margin (GM) Management</li></ul>
</div><ul><li>Ensure all invoices meet company gross margin expectations</li>
</ul><ul><li>Review billing components to support profitability and prevent margin leakage.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Identify discrepancies and take corrective action to protect financial performance.</li>
</ul><div><ul><li>Client-Specific Billing &amp; Portal Management</li></ul>
</div><ul><li>Understand and follow individual client billing requirements, formats, and submission processes.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Submit invoices through appropriate client portals accurately and within required timelines.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Troubleshoot and resolve client-specific billing issues promptly and professionally.</li></ul>
