Job Title: Part-Time Facebook &amp; Instagram Ads Specialist Company: Hello Digital Social Media Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Compensation: $15/hour to start (1099 contractor; no benefits) Hours: Flexible&mdash;approximately 2&ndash;3 hours/day, Monday&ndash;Friday (can grow)Overview: Hello Digital Social Media partners with small businesses and real estate professionals to drive leads and brand awareness through targeted Facebook and Instagram advertising. We&rsquo;re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Ads Specialist to set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns&mdash;no content creation required. In addition to campaign management, you&rsquo;ll attend a brief weekly meeting with the owner and log your hours using our time-tracking software. This is a remote, part-time role with a flexible schedule and room to grow.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Build, launch, and optimize Facebook &amp; Instagram ad campaigns aligned with client goals (e.g., lead generation, brand awareness)</li><li>Monitor KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS) and adjust audiences, budgets, bids, and ad placements to maximize performance</li><li>Organize and maintain ad accounts&mdash;proper naming conventions, folder structure, and up-to-date billing information</li><li>Prepare concise weekly performance summaries for internal review</li><li>Continuously test new audience segments and placements to improve results</li><li>Attend a weekly check-in meeting with the owner to review campaign progress and priorities</li><li>Record and submit your time daily/weekly using our designated time-tracking software</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 6 months hands-on experience managing Facebook &amp; Instagram ads (client or personal projects)</li><li>Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager: campaign structure, A/B testing, pixel setup, custom audiences</li><li>Reliable high-speed internet connection and your own computer (Windows or Mac)</li><li>Strong analytical mindset&mdash;comfortable reviewing data, spotting trends, and making data-backed optimizations</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail&mdash;double-checking targeting settings, budgets, and schedules before launch</li><li>Clear, timely communication (via email or Slack) and ability to work independently</li><li>Willingness to learn new platform features and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement</li></ul>Position Details:<ul><li>Schedule: ~2&ndash;3 hours/day (Monday&ndash;Friday), hours are flexible as long as tasks and reporting deadlines are met</li><li>Weekly Meeting: Must attend a short weekly video call (15&ndash;30 minutes) to discuss campaign performance and upcoming priorities</li><li>Time Tracking: Required to log all billable hours in our time-tracking software</li><li>Pay: $15/hour to start; performance reviews may lead to more hours or higher pay</li><li>Status: 1099 contractor (no benefits)&mdash;you supply your own computer, internet, and any necessary software/subscriptions</li><li>Growth Opportunity: Consistent, high-quality work can lead to expanded responsibilities and higher compensation</li></ul>How to Apply: If you meet the qualifications and want more information, text the word &quot;pineapple&quot; to 704-619-8671 to apply.
