<ul><li>Place purchase orders to allocated vendors for a variety of food or packaging Stock Keeping Units (SKUs), at the correct price, quantity, buffer, etc.</li>
<li>Partner with HelloFresh distribution centers, offsite production and warehouse locations, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and inventories match demand requirements</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement efforts by recommending changes, testing new processes, and implementing updates</li>
<li>Analyze purchasing data to ensure accuracy of information, purchasing procedures and identify any discrepancies, etc</li>
<li>Resolve any unforeseen problems with suppliers relating to operations, purchasing or quality/performance quickly and professionally</li>
<li>Conduct all weekly operations processes including updating POs, tracking freight, managing production issues, paying invoices, scrubbing data and managing inventory levels.</li>
<li>Support your teammates to ensure that no boxes are missed and no ingredients are subbed due to procurement issues.</li>
<li>Work with a team of internal high-achievers to continue building, growing, and improving on our offsite production capabilities</li>

<ul><li>A Bachelor's degree is required</li>
<li>1-3 years of procurement and/or sourcing experience</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel</li>
<li>Must be flexible to work weekends (3x a quarter)</li>
