Join us to make a vibrant impact in the digital landscape and help shape our brand&rsquo;s future!Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.</li><li>Manage daily content creation including writing posts, designing graphics with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, editing videos with video editing tools, and curating multimedia content aligned with brand voice.</li><li>Utilize social listening tools to monitor conversations around our brand, industry trends, and competitors; analyze insights to refine marketing tactics.</li><li>Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other social media platforms to reach specific audiences and achieve campaign objectives.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels; oversee the creation of promotional materials that support product launches and campaigns.</li><li>Track performance metrics using Google Analytics, Web analytics tools, and platform-specific insights; prepare reports to measure success and identify opportunities for optimization.</li><li>Manage social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, monitoring activity, and engaging with followers in real-time.</li><li>Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO efforts for content visibility; optimize content for search engines to increase organic reach.</li><li>Foster relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners through relationship management strategies to amplify brand presence.</li><li>Oversee public relations initiatives by crafting press releases, managing media inquiries, and coordinating outreach efforts.</li><li>Maintain proofreading standards for all content ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in messaging.</li><li>Support e-commerce initiatives by creating engaging product descriptions, promotional campaigns, and visual assets that drive online sales.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing strategy, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.</li><li>Skilled in video editing software; ability to produce high-quality visual content that captures audience attention.</li><li>Familiarity with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch) and social media management applications like Hootsuite or Buffer.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.</li><li>Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns along with a solid understanding of social media algorithms and advertising policies.</li><li>Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and editing content for clarity and impact.</li><li>Ability to analyze data insights from various platforms to inform strategic decisions; comfortable working with web analytics tools.</li><li>Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.</li><li>Creative mindset combined with strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing solutions that resonate with target audiences.
