Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Arabic Speaking is a must - Not native</li><li>Serve as the focal point for liaison with all government authorities, including MOL, MOI, MOPH, Traffic Department, Municipality, and Customs; process, submit, track, and close all government-related transactions in line with approved procedures and timelines.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor, immigration, public health, and other applicable statutory requirements.</li><li>Manage visa applications, renewals, transfers, cancellations, residency permits, QID renewals, and related MOI formalities.</li><li>Process and renew employee MOPH Health Cards in accordance with public health regulations.</li><li>Coordinate MOL-related matters including work permits, employee records, system updates, inspections, and official correspondence.</li><li>Coordinate issuance and renewal of employee driving licenses with the Traffic Department.</li><li>Manage renewal and validity of all statutory corporate documents (CR, Trade License, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, Traffic, Customs).</li><li>Monitor and resolve government-related fines, penalties, inspections, and official notices in a timely manner.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Immigration Coordination : 5 years (Required)</li><li>PRO Coordination: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic? JOB SUMMARYThe Jr. Quantity Surveyor works on payments, variations and the financial part of claims for their assigned project. This Job Profile establishes general responsibilities for the designated position and is not intended to be exhaustive.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Manage the production and tracking of inspection records (RFI) based on the requests and inputs from the project engineer</li><li>Ensure correct completion of inspection records (RFI) working with the project engineer/project QA/QC engineer</li><li>Ensure all inspection records can be traced to the relevant bill items</li><li>Ensure all material information; total, ordered, received, installed, inventory, and remaining quantities are accurately maintained and reported</li><li>Review and reply correspondence regarding payments and variations with subcontractors/suppliers</li><li>Prepare payment application data and variation data</li><li>Prepare/gather data and documents required to support contract payments, variations, site instructions, and claims</li><li>Perform quantity take-off</li><li>Assist in the preparation of the commercial part of claims</li><li>Report on the status of payments and variations</li><li>Maintain project records (filing system) of payments, variations, site instructions, and claims</li><li>Assist senior quantity surveyor in analyzing commercial situations</li><li>Maintain necessary change control information</li><li>Prepare necessary information and data to allow for final accounts (main contract and subcontract)</li><li>Perform other duties as required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have good Knowledge of Contracting ?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Quantity surveying: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>
