The role ensures accurate payroll inputs, compliance with company procedures, and effective manpower reporting.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Record daily attendance for workers, staff, and subcontractors</li><li>Track working hours, overtime, night shifts, and absences</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly timesheets for payroll processing</li><li>Verify overtime against approved OT forms</li><li>Coordinate with site supervisors, HR, and Finance</li><li>Maintain accurate attendance records for audits and reporting</li><li>Generate manpower and attendance reports using Excel</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or equivalent (Administration / HR preferred)</li><li>Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience as a Timekeeper in construction</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel (attendance sheets, formulas)</li><li>Knowledge of construction site operations and manpower control</li><li>Strong attention to detail and confidentiality</li><li>Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience on large construction or infrastructure projects</li><li>Experience working with multi-national labor</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Timekeeper – Construction

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for infrastructure/construction projects in Qatar. The role requires strong Primavera P6 expertise, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with project controls in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6</li><li>Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and progress updates</li><li>Monitor project progress against approved baselines and identify variances</li><li>Analyze delays, critical paths, and recommend corrective actions</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports for management and stakeholders</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors</li><li>Support EOT claims with proper planning narratives and time impact analysis</li><li>Ensure planning activities align with contractual and project requirements</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of experience as a Planning Engineer</li><li>Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory)</li><li>Solid understanding of construction sequencing and project controls</li><li>Experience in Qatar/GCC infrastructure or building projects preferred</li><li>Knowledge of delay analysis and reporting</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with Ashghal / large infrastructure projects</li><li>Familiarity with contract conditions (FIDIC preferred)</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
