 What You'll Do
 HELP USA takes great pride in providing a clean, well-maintained workspace. We can only do this with great porters on our team. Porters perform various maintenance-related tasks, including cleaning, painting, garbage and trash removal, landscaping, and snow removal.
 
You’re a great fit for this role if you have: 
<ul>
<li>Porter or janitorial experience preferred.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, boiler mechanics, and plumbing is a plus.</li>
<li>Organizational skills to enable efficient use of time and the ability to work effectively if the supervisor is not present.</li>
<li>Must be able to operate small machinery, power tools, and hand tools.</li>
<li>Computer literacy with Microsoft applications is a plus.</li>
<li>Valid US Driver’s license is a plus.</li>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent OR equivalent experience and skills.</li>
</ul>
Compensation
 
Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage, prevailing wage, or exempt salary requirements under federal, state, and local laws.
