Helpful Hands to Recovery, LLC is seeking a dedicated and flexible Part-Time / On-Call Recovery Manager to provide Home and Community-Based Services &ndash; Adult Mental Health (HCBS-AMH) Recovery Management services.<ul><li>Long-Term Hospitalization: Extended in-patient psychiatric hospitalization</li><li>Jail Diversion: Frequent arrests and psychiatric crisis</li><li>Emergency Department (ED) Diversion: Frequent utilization of the ED and psychiatric crisis</li></ul>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as a part-time / on-call Recovery Manager with flexibility for weekdays, evenings, and weekends (hours are not guaranteed). Please note, this position is part-time and currently offers approximately 10-15 hours per week. If the situation is not urgent or a crisis, the cutoff time for seeing clients is 7:00 PM.</li><li>Provide in-home services and travel to clients&rsquo; residences, as well as accompany clients to doctor&rsquo;s appointments, day habilitation centers, or other required community locations.</li><li>Monitor client services, health, welfare, and safety through regular contact.</li><li>Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure appropriate services and supports.</li><li>Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings.</li><li>Develop, update, and manage the Individual Recovery Plan (IRP), treatment plan, and crisis plan.</li><li>Collaborate with an integrated team, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Manage multiple responsibilities effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure.</li><li>Maintain computer proficiency for documentation and communication.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Services or a related field (required).</li><li>Minimum of two years&rsquo; experience working with adults with severe mental illness (SMI).</li><li>Knowledge of issues affecting individuals with SMI and community-based interventions.</li><li>Compliance with coaching and supervision standards.</li><li>Completion of all HHSC-required training for the HCBS-AMH program.</li></ul>Contract Terms:<ul><li>Position: Part-Time / PRN Recovery Manager</li><li>Employment Type: 1099 Contractor</li><li>Pay: $30.00/hour for billable services in accordance with HCBS-AMH billing guidelines (travel included in hourly rate)</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $30.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is the maximum number of minutes you are comfortable driving each day?
