<li>Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.</li>
<li>Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.</li>
</ul><div><b>Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a PCA or HHA preferred.</li>
<li>Previous experience in personal care or healthcare settings is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.</li>
<li>Ability to lift and assist clients as needed, adhering to safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.</li>
<li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.</li>
<li>Clear background check and compliance with state regulations.</li>
<li>CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.</li>
