&middot; Prepare pre and post shipment documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.&middot; Maintain export and import documents files&middot; Co-ordinate with bank for closing import export transactions and getting Realization CertificateExport: &middot; Prepare, Process and maintain below documents for export Pre-Shipment;&sect; Export Invoice&sect; Packing List&sect; COA&sect; GSP if applicable&sect; BL draft and other required documents&middot; Send export invoice to CHA and Factory&middot; Coordinate with Factory and get confirmation on weight&middot; Send BL draft to CHA&middot; Apply online for container seal&middot; Prepare, process and maintain below documents for exports Post-Shipment;&sect; Commercial Invoice&sect; Packing List&sect; Insurance Certificate&sect; COA&sect; COO if applicable&sect; GSP if applicable&sect; Bill of Lading&sect; Fumigation Certificate and other required documents&middot; Prepare Bank Covering Letter and Bank document set&middot; Online checking of BRC for the payment received&middot; Submit documents to bank on receipt of Bill of Lading for onward delivery to client&middot; Prepare documents as per Bank and Customer requirement&middot; Follow up with Bank for the Reference Number of documents filed&middot; Ensure correct documentation for exports is prepared and maintained in a structured manner with Banking Reference No&middot; Follow up with Factory, Customs for duty drawback receivablesImport:&middot; Planning shipment and coordination with overseas suppliers for import&middot; Prepare LC Application and other required documents for LC and submit original documents to bank&middot; Assist/ forward all necessary information and documentation to Customs Broker in order to clear shipments&middot; Coordinating with CHA as well as Freight Forwarders for Import Shipment and ensure timely delivery of material to FactoryJob RequirementsDegree(s) &amp;Certificate(s)Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, International Trade, or relatedfield preferred.
