 Be a partner to ensure high customer satisfaction through incremental improvements of planning and scheduling
 
 
 
 In this role, you will be responsible for making sure supplies, stock materials, packages and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely as per HSE requirements.
 
 
 Here&rsquo;s some of the other things you can look forward to:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 To support and perform Export and Import logistics activity
 </li>
 <li>
 Process orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure effective coordination of logistics activities with other associates
 </li>
 <li>
 Inventory monitoring and control of Finished Goods (FG)
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating with warehouse and production for arrival of goods and arrange for shipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare necessary documents for export both in English and Arabic based on requirement
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with associates for any delay or change in the shipment plan
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment polices
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain optimum stock level of FG always in the warehouse
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain MSL of imported items and tinting paste
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure cost efficient distributions and reduce FG unhealthy stock
 </li>
 <li>
 Logistic optimisation and cost control
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 This role will report to the Senior Warehouse Supervisor and will be based in our Kuwait factory.
 
 
 
 Furthermore, we expect that you have
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduate in commerce or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Ideally 3 plus years professional experience within a warehousing and export activity
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferable to have experience with ERP systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic will be a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure of multiple projects and deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Cultural sensitivity and excellent interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Disciplined and structured approach to maintain data in the system
