Documents services performed.</li><li>
Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.</li><li>
Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.</li><li>
Requests necessary parts.</li><li>
Maintains CSI at or above Company standards</li><li>
Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area</li><li>
Participates in required training</li><li>
Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
</li><li>Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.</li><li>

Accounts Payable is responsible for entire A/P process from receipt of invoice to its payment, generating A/R statements for our dealerships, and generating associated journal entries.</p><p></p><p><b>

Accounts Payable will encompass the processing of all accounts payable transactions including bills, returns, and credit card charges ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification as expense or capitalizable item in accordance with our chart of accounts.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to process invoices and payments with high level of accuracy.</p></li><li><p>
Reconciles vendor statements and responds to vendor questions in timely manner. Builds relationships and credibility with the vendors.</p></li><li><p>
May assist with reconciliation of monthly travel credit card statements.</p></li><li><p>
Prepares daily cash sheet</p></li><li><p>
Assists in General Ledger maintenance and reclasses.</p></li><li><p>

Responsible for generating A/R statements for charges paid by the corporate office on behalf of the dealerships, gathering necessary support for those charges, and answering related dealership inquiries.</p></li><li><p>
