The Parts Administrative Specialist performs a variety of routine and non-routine administrative tasks and works closely with engineering, cost accounting, customer service, and strategic distribution partners to manage sellable parts, kits, and assemblies through the parts department. Works closely with strategic distribution partners to improve parts ordering processes, inventory, order quantities, and changes to parts.

What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing<ul><li>
Work closely with Cost Accounting to answer questions</li><li>
Work closely with external distribution partners for updated parts information, recommended ordering quantities</li><li>
Communicate with strategic distribution partners status of parts orders</li><li>
Assists with pricing and discounting of parts, kits, and assemblies</li><li>
Determines how to process new Product Change Notices (PCNs) through Service Parts</li><li>
Updates JDE to coordinate with item status</li><li>
Manages JDE Flash messages for order entry</li><li>
Manages end of lifecycle parts, kits, and assemblies</li><li>
Field Customer Service technical parts questions</li><li>
Works closely with service readiness engineer on new PCNs.</li><li>
Backup for Parts Processing Coordinator and Service Scheduler</li><li>
Escalation contact for internal and external parts questions</li><li>
Create documentation of process and best practices and willingly teach backups.</li><li>
Perform other duties assigned</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree in business or relevant field preferred</li><li>
3-5 years administrative experience in a warehouse environment</li><li>
Basic knowledge of ERP system</li><li>
Proficient in MS Office Suite</li><li>
Strong organizational skills including strict attention to detail, efficiency, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adjust schedule as needed</li><li>
Strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>
Proven success demonstrating a customer service mindset</li></ul>

Parts Administrative Specialist

The Entry Material Handler role is responsible for operating a forklift to collect, stack, and deliver a wide variety of materials within the production plant to support assigned team.
What You'll Be Doing:
<ul><li>Demonstrates consistency in practicing all safety procedures.</li><li>
Identifies material types and practice proper disposal of scrap.</li><li>
Operates the following equipment associated with material handling: radios, scanners, trash compacter, and cardboard bailer.</li><li>
Maintains a clean and orderly area ensuring that; aisle ways are clear, part racks are organized, parts are stocked in posted locations</li><li>
Fills out daily check list and completes visual inspections.</li><li>
Keeps supplies adequately stocked for team&rsquo;s daily needs.</li><li>
Responds to team request in timely manner.</li><li>
Understands how to correctly use the following functions within JDE programing (i.e. sending Kanban cards, tracking Kanban card status and history.)</li><li>
Utilizes all programs for communication of supply needs in department.</li><li>

What We're Looking For:
<ul><li>High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience</li><li>
Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>
1- 3 years of experience in material handling or operating a forklift</li><li>
Forklift Certification required</li><li>
Crane license required for Punch Cell roles</li><li>
Ability to frequently lift or move objects up to 60 lbs.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and prioritize internal customer needs</li><li>
Effective communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.</li><li>
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot</li><li>
Knowledge of basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)</li><li>
Ability to understand manufacturing processes such as Kanban, JDE, BOM viewer, method sheets, etc.</li><li>
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos</li><li>
Basic computer skills</li><li>

The Continuous Improvement Leader is responsible for executing the company's Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma strategy in alignment with organizational goals and priorities. This leadership role is critical in driving sustainable improvements across the organization, fostering a culture of operational excellence, and reinforcing change that reflects our core values. 
 
As a mentor and coach, the Continuous Improvement Leader supports Lean projects across the business, providing training to team members, departments, and leadership on Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies. Additionally, this role facilitates Henny Penny Workouts and contributes to data collection and analysis to validate the impact of process improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For<ul><li>
Bachelor of Science (B.S) Engineering, Business or related field Required
</li><li>5+ years business experience including process improvement, project leadership and/or process improvement delivery Required
</li><li>Ability to facilitate process mapping workshops.
</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
</li><li>Ability to use BI applications to track, monitor and report benefits/business impact.
</li><li>Proven track record of problem solving.
</li><li>Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

</li><li>Ability to work independently and take initiative.
</li><li>Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
