We&rsquo;re now looking for <b>a Class 2 HGV Driver to </b>join our team in Dronfield, supporting the safe and efficient delivery of plant and access equipment to customer sites across the region.</p></div></div><div><div><p><b>
About the role</b><br>
As an HGV Driver at Banner Plant, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for the safe, compliant loading, transportation and unloading of plant and powered access equipment to customer locations. You&rsquo;ll be a key ambassador for Banner Plant, representing the business professionally on the road, at depots and on customer sites.<br>
This is a handson role for someone who takes pride in safety, customer service and teamwork, and who enjoys working in a fastpaced, operational environment.</p><p><b>
Key responsibilities</b><br>
In this role, you will:</p><ul><li>
Safely load, transport and unload plant and access machinery to and from customer sites</li><li>
Carry out daily vehicle safety, health and compliance checks, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately</li><li>
Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits</li><li>
Work closely with the depot and hire teams to plan efficient, safe and costeffective delivery routes</li><li>
Keep customers, the depot and managers informed of any delays or issues</li><li>
Follow all company driving rules, road traffic legislation and sitespecific regulations</li><li>
Demonstrate equipment to customers where required and provide basic guidance and advice</li><li>
Maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness, presentation and roadworthiness</li><li>
Champion health, safety and environmental standards at all times</li></ul><p><b>
Experience and qualifications required</b><br>
We&rsquo;re looking for someone who can bring the following to the role:</p><ul><li>
A valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence essential</li><li>
Uptodate CPC Driver Qualification preferred</li><li>
Previous experience working with plant machinery essential</li><li>
Powered access experience highly desirable</li><li>
Experience loading and unloading plant and/or access equipment</li><li>
A strong understanding of safe driving practices and compliance requirements</li><li>
A practical, reliable and safetyfocused approach to work</li><li>
Good communication skills and a professional, customerfocused attitude</li></ul></div></div><div><div><p><b>
