Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective negotiation and relationship-building strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, technology sales, and the ability to utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and data. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts, focusing on both outbound and warm calling to generate leads and close deals.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.</li><li>Engage in telemarketing activities to identify potential clients and generate leads.</li><li>Conduct outbound calling campaigns to promote products and services.</li><li>Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze data.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase technology solutions.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close sales with prospective clients.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in B2B sales or technical sales is preferred.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.</li><li>Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and inside sales processes.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.</li><li>Ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple accounts.</li><li>Experience in business development with a focus on outbound calling strategies.</li><li>Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales efforts is a plus.</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
