Business Development Manager &mdash; Material Handling (Philadephia Territory)We&rsquo;re looking for a hungry, career-rising Business Development Manager to own and grow our Philly market. This is a full-cycle sales role in the material-handling world &mdash; forklifts at the core, with a wide portfolio that includes racking, warehouse products, automation systems, and other allied solutions.Not a meeting-setter. Not a handoff shop. You&rsquo;re the relationship owner from first handshake through long-term account management.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Own the Pittsburgh territory: develop new business, nurture long-term relationships, and manage a book you&rsquo;ll grow for years.</li><li>Sell a full suite of material-handling solutions &mdash; forklifts (core), racking, storage systems, dock &amp; door, warehouse products, and emerging automation offerings.</li><li>Prospect, cold call, walk warehouses, and build a strong funnel across manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and 3PL environments.</li><li>Partner closely with our internal teams (rental, parts, service, automation, engineering) to deliver best-in-class solutions.</li><li>Maintain a pulse on the Pittsburgh market &mdash; competitive landscape, customer expansions, new construction, and automation trends.</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through equipment choices, warehouse improvements, and long-term fleet planning.</li><li>Manage the full cycle: quoting, presenting, negotiating, closing, and long-term account stewardship.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Sales drive. Hunger. A get-after-it attitude.
