We want to grow our people along with our company as a big family.The RoleThe Bilingual HR Coordinator will help with day-to-day HR functions such as onboarding, recordkeeping, employee communication, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that supports both office and field employees.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with new hire onboarding and offboarding processes</li><li>Maintain and update employee records and personnel files</li><li>Support payroll and timekeeping documentation as needed</li><li>Help coordinate employee communications, trainings, and meetings</li><li>Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations</li><li>Provide general administrative support to HR and management</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and willingness to assist with occasional transport duties.</li><li>Previous HR or administrative experience preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timeWork Location: In person
