We are seeking a dedicated Aesthetician to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct patient consultations to assess their skin type and concerns.- Develop personalized skincare treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.- Perform a range of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and other non-invasive cosmetic procedures.- Educate patients on proper skincare techniques and recommend products that will help maintain healthy skin.- Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.- Stay current on the latest skincare products, treatments, and technologies.- Collaborate with other medical staff to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a high level of professionalism.Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Completion of an accredited aesthetician program and licensed in New Jersey- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skincare or cosmetic industry setting.- Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and technologies.- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourLicense/Certification:<ul><li>NJ Board of Cosmetology License (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Wyckoff, NJ 07481 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
