We&rsquo;re looking for a driven, experienced social media manager to grow our holistic wellness brands &mdash; Herbal Root Collective and Wildly Bare. We just launched our TikTok Shop and need someone who knows how to build from scratch, grow a loyal audience, and convert views into real sales.This role is for someone who:<ul><li>Understands what makes content go viral and knows how to repeat it.</li><li>Can film onsite in Manor, TX &mdash; product videos, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes, and more.</li><li>Takes ownership of growth. (If you&rsquo;re just posting to post &mdash; this isn&rsquo;t it.)</li><li>Thrives in the wellness space and loves brands that stand for something authentic.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create and manage monthly content calendars for TikTok &amp; Instagram</li><li>Capture and edit high quality videos (product demos, brand storytelling, lifestyle clips)</li><li>Build and execute strategies that grow followers, views, and sales</li><li>Use trending sounds, hooks, captions, and SEO tactics to boost visibility</li><li>Engage daily with comments, followers, and similar accounts to build community</li><li>Identify &amp; recruit affiliates/influencers to collaborate &mdash; offering free product + % of sales</li><li>Track analytics and deliver monthly reports on performance and growth</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience growing new brand accounts (please show data: starting metrics &rarr; growth &rarr; results)</li><li>Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and TikTok Shop algorithms</li><li>Skilled with CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar video tools</li><li>Portfolio or social pages you&rsquo;ve managed &mdash; required</li><li>Organized, dependable, and able to hold accountability to deliverables</li><li>Bonus: Experience with holistic, wellness, or natural lifestyle brands</li></ul>To Apply:Please send:<ul><li>Your portfolio or brands/accounts you&rsquo;ve managed</li><li>A quick breakdown of follower and sales growth metrics you achieved</li><li>Any references or contactable clients</li><li>A short message on why you&rsquo;re the right fit for this role</li><li>Your expected pay range</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hourExpected hours: 5 &ndash; 15 per weekWork Location: Hybrid remote in Manor, TX 78653
