Graphic Designer &ndash; Packaging, Merchandise, &amp; MarketingWe are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, culture-driven industries and enjoys working on a wide range of projects&mdash;from packaging design to clothing merchandise to event flyers and digital marketing materials.Our brands work closely with the entertainment industry as well as hemp/cannabis lifestyle branding, so an understanding of bold, eye-catching, and trend-forward design is a must.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and develop packaging concepts for consumer products (bags, boxes, labels, jars, etc.) that align with brand identity and industry compliance standards.</li><li>Create merchandise and apparel designs (clothing graphics, hats, accessories, etc.) that resonate with entertainment and lifestyle markets.</li><li>Produce marketing materials including flyers, social media graphics, event signage, sell sheets, and pitch decks.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to translate brand strategy into impactful visuals.</li><li>Prepare and deliver production-ready files for print, packaging, and digital use.</li><li>Stay up to date with design trends in entertainment, streetwear, and hemp/cannabis branding.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design, apparel/merch concepts, and marketing materials.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with motion graphics or 3D design is a plus.</li><li>Experience preparing artwork for print production (understanding of dielines, color separations, file formatting).</li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to adapt designs across multiple styles&mdash;from clean/modern to bold/urban.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction as well as contribute original ideas.</li><li>Familiarity with hemp/cannabis industry branding or entertainment marketing is highly preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a fast-growing brand at the intersection of entertainment, lifestyle, and cannabis culture.</li><li>Creative freedom to help shape packaging and brand visuals seen nationwide.</li><li>Collaborative, entrepreneurial work environment.</li><li>Competitive pay, with potential for growth.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
