Herbally Yours, a contract manufacturer of liquid, powder, capsule, and topical dietary supplements, is seeking a highly organized, proactive Sourcing Specialist to support our growing product development and production pipelines.</p>

What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h4><ul><li>
Source raw materials, packaging components, and specialty ingredients for a diverse range of dietary supplement products</li><li>
Obtain and evaluate quotes, MOQs, COAs, specs, lead times, and regulatory compliance documentation</li><li>
Conduct supplier outreach, qualification, and ongoing performance evaluations</li><li>
Build and maintain cost models, sourcing databases, and vendor files</li><li>
Partner with R&amp;D, Production, QA/QC, and Customer Service to meet project timelines and standards</li><li>
Manage procurement timelines to prevent stockouts and support production scheduling</li><li>
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, risk mitigation, and supply chain efficiency</li><li>
Support NSF, Organic, Kosher, Halal, and cGMP compliance throughout the supply chain</li></ul><p>

What You Bring</b></h4><ul><li>
25 years of purchasing or sourcing experience (manufacturing or CPG preferred)</li><li>
Familiarity with dietary supplement ingredients, nutraceuticals, or food/beverage categories a major plus</li><li>
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationshipbuilding skills</li><li>
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (BatchMaster, NetSuite, etc.) a bonus</li><li>
High attention to detail, problemsolving mindset, and comfort juggling multiple priorities</li><li>
Ability to analyze cost structures, quotes, and supplier data</li><li>
Passion for building reliable, ethical, and costeffective supply chains</li></ul><p>
