We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategy.Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesJob type: Full timeKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain the general ledger, month-end closings, and reconciliations.</li><li>Analyze financial performance, budgets, and provide insights to the Managing Director.</li><li>Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, management reports, and forecasts.</li><li>Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and highlight variances from financial plans.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.</li><li>Check, verify, and confirm sales invoices and supplier bills before payment.</li><li>Prepare and send Statements of Accounts (SOA) to clients; follow up for collections.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers on purchase orders and payment follow-ups.</li><li>Manage KYC, onboarding, and documentation for new clients and suppliers.</li><li>Assist in sourcing new suppliers and ingredients.</li><li>Prepare costing for new products / recipes</li><li>Handle supplier payments via online banking.</li><li>Manage petty cash, daily sales, and expense tracking.</li><li>Record sales invoices, supplier bills, payroll, and month-end adjustments in the system.</li><li>Prepare quarterly VAT filings and submit to auditors.</li><li>Generate annual sales reports, FS schedules, and support external audit requirements.</li><li>Prepare ad hoc financial reports including Sales and P&amp;L.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, ACCA, CMA is a plus).</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax compliance, and reporting standards.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP software, e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or MS Excel.</li><li>Experience in Manufacturing / Food and Beverage Industry</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li></ul>How to Apply:Please submit your CV to admin@hereodonuts.com.
