Your passion for early childhood education will help lay a strong foundation for each child's future success, fostering social-emotional skills, literacy, and basic numeracy through engaging activities and thoughtful lesson planning.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori principles to support holistic childhood development.</li><li>Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management.</li><li>Plan and execute engaging lessons tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers and preschoolers, including activities focused on early intervention and special education strategies.</li><li>Manage classroom routines effectively to ensure safety, discipline, and smooth transitions throughout the day.</li><li>Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate progress, address concerns, and support child welfare initiatives.</li><li>Incorporate standardized testing methods when appropriate to assess developmental milestones and learning progress.</li><li>Support children&rsquo;s social skills by fostering respectful interactions, emotional regulation, and cooperative play.</li></ul>&lt;Requirements&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting; prior classroom management experience is essential.</li><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention techniques, and behavior management strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori methods.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with children with diverse needs including special education requirements.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members clearly and positively.</li><li>Relevant certifications in early childhood education or childcare are preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged.</li><li>Passion for nurturing young minds through creative teaching methods such as tutoring physical education or implementing standardized assessments.
