<b>POSITION SUMMARY:
</b><br>
The Senior Operations Support Analyst - focuses on building and maintaining store labor budgets, conducting workforce cost analysis, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. This role partners with the Workforce Manager and cross-functional teams to manage wage structures, develop advanced labor models, and prepare executive-level presentations that support strategic decision-making.</div>
<div></div><div><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b><br>
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
</div><div></div><div><b>Planning &amp; Budgeting</b></div>
<ul><li>Develop and maintain store labor/store budgets in alignment with operational and financial targets.</li>
<li>Support Workforce Manager in building labor forecasts, staffing models, and headcount plans.</li>
<li>Conduct wage compression analysis, wage band management, and labor cost impact reviews.</li>
</ul><div><b>Data Gathering &amp; Analysis</b></div>
<ul><li>Collect, validate, and consolidate labor, payroll, retail data and operational data from multiple systems.</li>
<li>Perform in-depth analysis of workforce metrics (e.g., hours, sales per labor hour, average hourly rate, overtime trends) and retail to identify risks and opportunities.</li>
<li>Generate actionable insights for senior leadership through clear reporting and data storytelling.</li>
</ul><div><b>Executive Reporting &amp; Presentations</b></div>
<ul><li>Create (supporting documentation) high-quality PowerPoint decks and executive-level presentations for the Executive Team</li>
<li>Summarize P&amp;L results and labor performance once financials are published, highlighting variances against forecast/budget.</li>
<li>Support cross-functional presentations with labor and workforce insights tailored for board-level and executive meetings.</li>
</ul><div><b>Collaboration &amp; Support</b></div>
<ul><li>Partner with the Workforce Manager, Workforce Specialists, Finance, and Operations to ensure accuracy of labor budgets and analysis.</li>
<li>Provide analytical and project support on workforce initiatives, wage band updates, and headcount optimization strategies.</li>
<li>Assist with special projects, workforce initiatives, and ad-hoc reporting requests from leadership.</li>
</ul><div><b>Continuous Improvement</b></div>
<ul><li>Identify opportunities to streamline workforce and retail reporting, budgeting, and presentation processes.</li>
<li>Recommend process enhancements and develop standardized tools/templates for recurring analysis.</li>
<li>Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all workforce/retail reports and executive deliverables.</li>
</ul><div><b>SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
</b></div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred.
</li><li>3-5 years of related experience (grocery or retail preferred).
</li><li>Proficient in Power Platform; with an emphasis on Power BI and Power Query and connecting and transforming multiple data source types.
</li><li>Exemplary SQL skills for querying and working with data tables; this role does not involve database ownership.
</li><li>Advanced Excel capabilities &amp; proficiency with PowerPoint.

<ul><li>Excel with Business Intelligence Integration</li>
<li>Excel Power User- Ability to develop automated dashboards and advanced labor models.</li>
</ul></li><li>Broad knowledge of different analytical methods, approaches and tactics.
</li><li>Ability to understand and explain the underlying business meaning and drivers to explain the data.
</li><li>Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
</li><li>Strong organization to prioritize and track all work and action items with minimal supervisory oversight.
</li><li>Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity.</li>

<b>POSITION SUMMARY:
</b><br>
The Replenishment Buyer is responsible for the profitable procurement and timely delivery of products for assigned lines. This role will work closely with the Category Managers, Supply Chain team and other support staff to achieve the goals of the Distribution Center and the company. This person will provide supply chain &amp; inventory management for assigned vendors/items and is accountable for the corresponding financial metrics. The Replenishment Buyer will procure product in accordance with all policies and procedures established by the company.</div>
<div><br>
The Replenishment Buyer must be able to answer questions from store team members and managers in a precise and timely manner. They will need to build strong business relationships with our distributors and vendors.</div>
<div><br>
<b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b><br>
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:</div>
<ul><li>Place and manage accurate Purchase Orders for assigned vendors and items.</li>
<li>Manage inventory turns, service levels, order cycles, deal implantation and general good supply chain practices for assigned vendors/items.</li>
<li>Monitor aging inventory and collaborate with department team for solutions to sell through it profitably.</li>
<li>Negotiate with vendors for cost of goods, promotional dollars, rebates, delivery terms and payment terms in accordance with corporate guidelines.</li>
<li>Responsible for inter-departmental communication related to purchasing and inventory activities.
</li><li>Maintain awareness in market trends, analyze SKU performance, and assist Category Managers in understanding market dynamics.
</li><li>Complete necessary paperwork and reporting for new and existing vendors/suppliers and items.</li>
<li>Analyze external and internal data, interpret and make decisions and recommendations to management based off this data. Produce required reports as assigned related to procurement activities.</li>
</ul><div><b>SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
</b></div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain management or related/equivalent work experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3-5 years of procurement experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Understanding of procurement, logistics and inventory management practices.</li>
<li>Retail operations/warehouse experience preferred or strong understanding of store operations and warehouse methodologies and practices.</li>
<li>Understanding of consumer buying habits and needs.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in taking initiative and making appropriate decisions.</li>
<li>Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.</li>
<li>Self-motivator with the ability to deliver satisfactory work under limited supervision.</li>
<li>Ability to integrate with local management, be part of a team, and drive business results.</li>
<li>Ability to be persuasive and relentless in reinforcing the best interests of the company.</li>
<li>Effective communicator, particularly when it comes to discussing Human Resources/Compliance matters with management or regular employees.</li>
<li>Must have a great deal of integrity.</li>
<li>Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.</li>
