<div></div><div><b>POSITION SUMMARY:</b></div>
<ul><li>Responsible for store communication (email and phone calls)</li>
<li>Oversee/track inventory for AD promotions</li>
<li>Works closely with Replenishment/DC Team to help oversee inventory plans</li>
<li>Review and plan for future TPR/promotional activities</li>
<li>Files Cost &amp; Promotional activity in SharePoint for reference</li>
<li>Works with Marketing team to help see through Marketing events and promotions</li>
<li>Responds to Data Integrity emails through Jira application in a timely manner</li>
<li>Maintains all category management files</li>
<li>Point of contact for Merchandising Trainers</li>
<li>Maintain and update projections for Ad planning</li>
<li>Keep information confidential</li>
<li>Work closely with Vendor to support team</li>

<ul><li>Maintain confidential information</li>
<li>Respond to queries for information and access relevant files</li>
<li>Comply with purchasing and security policies</li>
<li>Run business and sales reports</li>
</ul><div><b>SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:</b></div>
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent.</li>
Demonstrate proficiency in Office 365 suite <li>- Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and work in changing, fast-paced and result-oriented corporate environment</li>
<li>Must possess positive team-work attitude, leadership skills and be open-minded to opportunities to advance and improve.</li>
Must show appropriate professional etiquette in communicating with customers - external and internal <li>- whether in person, on phone, or via email.</li>

The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. *Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results/metrics.</p>

</p><p>Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training. The Company offers competitive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits to its team members. Team Members are also able to participate in the company's 401k plan that includes a safe harbor match. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with IL Senate Bill HB2139 and state and local minimum wage standards.</p></div><br>
