What You'll Do: Install HVAC systems in residential properties, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and local/state codes Collaborate with the project team for the efficient execution of installations Conduct quality checks and system adjustments for optimal performance Communicate clearly with clients and maintain professionalism on-site Complete accurate documentation and follow all safety protocols What You'll Bring: Some in-field experience installing AC split systems. Furnaces and boilers - a plus! Residential HVAC Install Technician

Join the Heritage Home Service Team as a Trade Administrator at our Laconia, NH location This role is in-office Monday through Friday. We offer some flexibility for remote work depending on individual and business needs. **Candidates must live in the Lakes Region service area of New Hampshire** Why Join Heritage? What You'll Do: Service Coordination &amp; Dispatch: Manage scheduling and dispatch for residential service calls in the lakes region area Ensure technicians are assigned efficiently to meet customer needs and minimize downtime Monitor job progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or delays Customer &amp; Technician Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding scheduling and service updates Build strong relationships with technicians and support them in delivering top-quality service Maintain clear communication between customers, technicians, and the regional dispatch team Operation Excellence: Track and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Strategic Planning: Collaborate with department leadership to align scheduling and resource allocation with business goals Support initiatives that improve workflow and enhance the customer experience Schedule: Monday through Friday: 11am to 7pm or 12pm to 7pm, flexible to work some weekends (remotely) as needed. Trade Administrator (Dispatcher)

Our team is driven to deliver top-notch electrical installations with precision and professionalism in every home. **Heritage Home Service is hiring licensed professionals only&mdash;this is not a training or entry-level position** As a Licensed Residential Install Electrician, your primary responsibility will be installing electrical systems in residential settings. You will work on projects such as panel upgrades, full-home wiring, generator and EV charger installations, and other residential electrical installations. This role is ideal for someone who excels in hands-on work, enjoys structured installation projects, and values doing the job right the first time.
