This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator at HERITAGE OFFSHORE in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for overseeing benefits administration, HR management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.Qualifications : <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (B.Com/Admin preferred)</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources</li><li>Fluency in English</li><li>Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills</li><li>Benefits Administration expertise</li><li>Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)</li><li>Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law</li><li>Knowledge of portals like Dubai Trade, etc.</li><li>Excellent organisational and administrative skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience in the marine or offshore industry is a plus</li><li>UAE driving license is a good plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>
