We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for employees across multiple locations with the main location being at our Provo campus. This role is responsible for maintaining reliable systems, supporting end users, and assisting with network, infrastructure, and communication systems.</p><p>

Key Responsibilities</b></h3><p><b>
End-User Support</b></p><ul><li>
Provide Tier 1&ndash;2 technical support for hardware, software, and user accounts</li><li>
Troubleshoot issues on Windows devices and Chromebooks</li><li>
Support employee onboarding and offboarding (account setup, access, equipment)</li><li>
Respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner</li></ul><p><b>
SystemsNetwork Support</b></p><ul><li>
Assist in maintaining WiFi and network infrastructure using UniFi equipment</li><li>
Troubleshoot connectivity issues across multiple locations</li><li>
Support low-voltage tasks such as device setup, patching, and cable organization</li><li>
Help monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed</li></ul><p><b>
VoiceCommunication Systems</b></p><ul><li>
Support SIP-based phone systems, including user setup and basic troubleshooting</li><li>
Assist with maintenance of Asterisk-based phone system</li><li>
Troubleshoot call quality, device connectivity, and voicemail issues</li></ul><p><b>
Systems Administration</b></p><ul><li>
Manage user accounts, devices, and permissions in Google Workspace</li><li>
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and documentation</li><li>
Support security practices such as updates, patching, and access control</li></ul><p><b>

Assist with internal systems and tools as needed</li><li>

Qualifications</b></h3><p><b>

2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Experience supporting Windows environments</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li><li>
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred</b></p><ul><li>
Experience with Google Workspace administration</li><li>
Experience supporting Chromebooks</li><li>
Familiarity with UniFi or similar networking equipment</li><li>
Basic understanding of networking (WiFi, switches, routers)</li><li>
Experience with VoIP or SIP-based phone systems (Asterisk a plus)</li><li>
Familiarity with scripting or programming concepts</li><li>

Compensation</b></h3><ul><li>
$45,000 &ndash; $55,000 annually, depending on experience</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

<div>The Heritage Community seeks to hire an Administrative Assistant for our Elevate Academy. This position will primarily support the Executive Director and Clinical Director, while also assisting other leaders within the framework of the Academy. We are seeking a candidate who can enhance the effectiveness of Elevate Academy by providing high-level organizational management support, all while representing the company in a professional manner. The incumbent will need to be resourceful, having the ability to multitask, along with proven effective communication skills! Knowledge and Abilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>
Minimum typing speed of 65 wpm, with spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills finely tuned.</li><li>
Working knowledge of technology and software, including but not limited to, Google, Adobe, Microsoft Office, etc.</li><li>
Graphic design and marketing expertise, along with experience and knowledge with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, will be competitive.</li><li>
Ability to work quickly and efficiently, while meeting deadlines and completing tasks of the highest quality.</li><li>
Must be able to hold confidences and properly handle confidential information.</li><li>
Appearance and demeanor must be that which can represent the company and Academy leadership team professionally.</li><li>
Ability to effectively multi-task and work amid several distractions.</li><li>
Experience and knowledge of terminology in the following areas a plus: health insurance plans, IEPs, residential treatment, mental health disorders, and treatment methods.</li></ul><br>
<b>
Duties and Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>
Maintain calendars and schedules for the Executive Director and Clinical Director.</li><li>
Provide office support for the Academy Leadership, including clerical functions like filing, typing memos or letters, correspondence, receiving visitors, and arranging meetings and conferences.</li><li>
Coordinate travel and accommodation for the Academy Leadership, as requested.</li><li>
Produce social media content and manage social media platforms for Elevate Academy.</li><li>
Schedule the calendar for the on-call Therapist and ensure this information is updated and visible on technology applications.</li><li>
Coordinate and arrange Academy meetings, as assigned. This also includes preparing agendas, recording minutes for these meetings, and tracking action items, as appropriate.</li><li>
Perform data-analysis and prepare reports for the Academy Leadership Team.</li><li>
Ensure office supplies are in stock and readily available.</li></ul><br>
<b>
Qualifications:</b><br>
<ul><li>
Minimum 1 year of previous work experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant required.</li><li>
Previous work experience in a treatment setting highly desired.</li><li>
Completed Bachelor's degree in Communications, Behavioral Science, or similar fields strongly preferred.</li><li>
Must be at least 21 years of age or older to apply.</li><li>
Proficiency and fluency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English.</li></ul><br>
