We are seeking an organized and collaborative L&amp;D Associate to support our learning initiatives end-to-end. You will help manage LMS administration, content creation and management, training coordination, facilitation support, and evaluation of training effectiveness. We are seeking a proactive and experienced OSRC Flight Test &amp; Build Operations Specialist to support multiple sites, including Atlanta, GA; Hawthorne, CA; El Segundo, CA; Spaceport America, NM; Jacksonville, FL; and additional deployed operations locations as required. This role will play a key part in supporting flight test and aircraft manufacturing activities while maintaining safety, compliance, and operational excellence. The position includes up to 50% travel to deployed test and manufacturing sites.</p>
