Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Coordinate and manage daily schedules for Field Service Engineers, ensuring efficient routing and timely service delivery</li><li>
Schedule service calls, maintenance visits, and installations based on technician availability, location and customer needs/</li><li>
Serve as primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, answering general scheduling questions and providing service updates</li><li>
Enter and maintain accurate service data, customer information and scheduling details within company systems</li><li>
Monitor schedules and adjust as needed to accommodate urgent service requests, cancellations or schedule changes</li><li>
Communicate effectively with Field Service Engineers regarding schedule updates, job details and customer requirements
</li><li>Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling, data entry and documentation</li><li>
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>
High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office</li><li>
Professional Interaction with customers and phone communication is a must</li><li>
Office-based position with frequent phone and computer use</li></ul></div>
