Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Attorney to join our law firm's team of lawyers, paralegals, and legal assistants in a hybrid role that utilizes remote platforms such as Microsoft Teams, case management software, and Westlaw. This position offers a starting salary between $110,000 and $140,000, plus benefits and performance-based bonuses. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of civil litigation experience, including drafting motions, arguing at hearings (including evidentiary hearings), and developing litigation strategies, with a focus on business and real estate disputes.
