 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time on-field role for a Product Specialist at Hero Baby in 6th of October, Al Jizah, Egypt.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 JOB PURPOSE:
 
 
 
 Achieve strategic organizational goals in specific area held.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Meet or exceed in-market sales targets within agreed budgets and time frame.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve agreed contract, coverage and frequency targets (quantity &amp; quality) through face to face meetings and deliver agreed customer centric activities within operating budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote defined Hero products according to campaign Strategies and policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure outstanding personal and team knowledge, and understanding of Hero priority products, technical information, product strategy, positioning, key messages and programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with territory colleagues and relevant members of other teams, coordinate field visits with co-detailing colleagues, in order to understand, maximize and drive territory achievements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Completed military or other governmental obligations.
 </li>
 <li>
 0-4 years experience in nutritional or pharmaceutical sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English language (Spoken &amp; Written).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have driving license.
 </li>
