 We are seeking a Factory Admin Coordinator to ensure smooth factory operations. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and strong in coordination, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate meetings, factory visits, workshops, and business events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange visitor access and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate travel, accommodation, and welcome kits for factory guests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as link between factory and head office for administrative matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage correspondence , prepare reports, and ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep records, databases, and office supplies updated.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and order office supplies and stationery for factory departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HR and Finance with scheduling , documents, and coordination .
 </li>
 <li>
 Help with office projects, layout changes, and coordinate maintenance &amp; Upgrades .
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration or related field .
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years&rsquo; experience in administration or coordination, ideally in manufacturing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organization and multitasking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to handle confidential information carefully.
 </li>

 Position Summary:
 
 
 
 The Export Sales Senior Supervisor is responsible for leading and expanding the company&rsquo;s export sales operations. The role involves driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, developing new business opportunities across international markets, managing distributor and client relationships, and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>

 Develop and execute export sales strategies to meet company objectives and revenue goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities in international markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build, manage, and support strong relationships with overseas clients, agents, and distributors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor sales performance by product, market, and region, providing regular updates and reports to management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international customers in line with company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee export documentation, logistics, and shipping requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.

 Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, production, marketing) to fulfill export orders efficiently.

 Conduct market research to assess global trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

 Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business events as required.
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Skills:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5 years of proven experience in export sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Fluency in English and French is required
 
 ; additional languages will be considered an asset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiation, communication, data analysis, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work effectively across multicultural environments and manage multiple markets.
