As the Team Manager - Maintenance (Frame Assembly) you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Maintenance (ICE). The purpose of your role will be to manage breakdown maintenance &amp; preventive maintenance of Frame assembly shop line

Your key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:<br>

<ul><li>Planning &amp; execution of effective maintenance schedules like Preventive, Predictive, TBM, repairs &amp; shutdown maintenance for machineries &amp; equipment to achieve the set target with optimum cost.
</li><li>Equipment Maintenance &amp; Availability of Frame Assembly line.</li><li>Attending breakdowns, doing RCA &amp; CAPA for ensuring high equipment availability.
</li><li>Expertise in Troubleshooting &amp; Problem Solving of all machinaries in frame assembly line</li><li>Implementing new modifications and low-cost automation based on electrical &amp; mechanical requirements.</li><li>Implementing Digitization, Automation, and IoT projects in the Frame Assembly line.</li><li>Optimizing repair &amp; maintenance, (R &amp; M) costs for the machine shop line through Kaizen and cost-saving projects like part life enhancement and in-house repairing. This also includes R&amp;M cost-reduction through various initiatives (Kaizen &amp; Poka-yoke implementation) and leading energy saving, improvement, and cost-saving projects.</li><li>Daily &amp; monthly maintenance MIS preparation &amp; reporting for breakdowns, PM, TBM, CBM, and updating technician&rsquo;s logbook &amp; machine history cards.
</li><li>Updating of equipment standard &amp; Check sheets, SOP &amp; OPL on a regular basis.</li><li>Ensuring safe working practices, identifying/helping to eliminate unsafe conditions, observing all health and safety regulations, and reporting any unsafe conditions.
</li><li>People capability building through various technical &amp; behavioural trainings to ensure future ready workforce to create, collaborate &amp; inspire the world.</li><li>Identifying critical spare parts, planning and procurement with inventory analysis to ensure zero downtime at optimum cost.</li></ul></div></div></div><div><div><div><b>

Managing breakdown maintenance &amp; preventive maintenance of Frame assembly shop line equipped with Overhead conveyors, Slat conveyors, Number punching machines (Telesis marking head &amp; controllers), Hydraulic Press machines, Brake oil filling machines, Fuel tank leak testing (ATEQ), Atlas Copco DC nut runner controller &amp; its tool, IR (Ingersoll Rand) DC nut runner controller &amp; its tool and SPM machines to ensure smooth functioning of equipment by eliminating the hindrance to production.</div></div></div><div><div><div><b>
Academic Qualification &amp; Experience</b></div>

B.E / B.
