Pediatric Dental Group in Tulsa, OK, is currently seeking a Dental Assistant to support the dentist and hygienist in providing high quality and compassionate care to all patients.

Pay range: $16-$24/hr

Job Responsibilities
<ul><li>Collect and document clear, concise, and accurate patient records</li>
<li>Obtain quality dental radiographs (periapicals, bitewings, panoramic) as requested by the dentist</li>
<li>Write accurate and consistent notes, ensuring chart notes match services completed</li>
<li>Create a friendly relationship with patients and parents as well as educating them on good oral health</li>
<li>Organize and sterilizing dental instruments and workstations per OSHA standards</li>
<li>Ensure practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, etc.</li>
<li>Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children</li>
</ul>
Job Qualifications
<ul><li>Radiology education and training that meets state requirements</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills, including a friendly outgoing demeanor and the ability to actively listen to patients and parents</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and complete dental tasks correctly and in a timely manner</li>
</ul><ul><li>Knowledge of e-Clinical Works (eCW) a plus</li>
<li>Previous experience working in a dental office preferred</li>
<li>Current BLS CPR certification</li>
</ul>
