Compensation and benefits include the following:
<ul>
<li>$700-$1000 daily rate</li>
<li>30-33% of net production</li>
<li>Signing bonuses up to $50K</li>
<li>Relocation reimbursement up to $15K</li>
<li>Full benefits including 401K, medical, dental, vision, and paid malpractice</li>
<li>Mentorship and clinical education from experienced clinical leaders</li>
<li>Up to $1,500 per year in CE reimbursement</li>
<li>Professional fees, dues, and licenses reimbursed</li>
</ul>
Daily responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Help kids and their parents and guardians develop excellent habits in oral health</li>
<li>Foster an environment of learning for doctors, patients, and dental professionals</li>
<li>Work through a typical day of 10 operative patients and 25 hygiene exams</li>
<li>Lead an engaged team of dental professionals with support and partnership from Hero Practice Services</li>
<li>Provide diagnosis and comprehensive professional dental treatment plans to your patients to help them achieve optimal oral health, using accepted clinical and radiological techniques</li>
<li>Arrange for referral to dental specialists when appropriate</li>
</ul>
Position requirements:
<ul>
<li>DMD/DDS from accredited school</li>
<li>A passion for improving kids&rsquo; oral health</li>
<li>Active or pending license from state dental board</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth</li>
<li>Organizational skills and a superior knowledge of dentistry</li>
</ul>
This position requires full range of body motion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds.
