<li><b>SHIFT:</b> 6:30am-3:30pm<ul><li><b>
Additional hours may be required due to business demands.</b></li></ul>
</li></ul><div><b>WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED:</b></div><ul><li>
Must complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen, as well as a preplacement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.</li></ul><div><b>
COMPETENCIES YOU BRING:</b></div><ul>
<li>Must be able to lift 25 pounds.</li>
<li>Must be able to work with latex gloves, airborne seasoning, cardboard dust, cleaning solutions, and hot water.</li>
<li>Must be able to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul><div><b>QUALIFICATIONS YOU BRING:</b></div><ul>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>
<li>Good balance on slippery surfaces.</li>
<li>Sustain concentration for up to 3 hours at a time.</li>

Key Responsibilities</b></h3><div><b><br>
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div><ul>
<li>Conduct hourly lab tests on the finished product packages weight</li>
<li>Perform Statistical averaging of test results.</li>
<li>Communicate test results to the shift supervisor and other key personnel.</li>
<li>Operate x-ray machines to inspect and test products as required.</li>
<li>Sample product and report the report the results in timely manner.</li>
<li>Compile product, package, and ingredient data as required.</li>
<li>Perform visual quality checks and locate products in the warehouse, production, and storage environment.</li>
<li>Ability to learn the testing processes and proper operating procedures for quality assurance lab equipment.</li>
<li>Communicate issues and information between shifts as required</li>
<li>Abide by all safe quality foods (SQF policies)</li>
<li>Ability to stand on production floor 3 hours at a time</li>
<li>Ensure that manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system, including production orders, materials, and finished goods.</li>
<li>Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data, including production status, material usage, and equipment maintenance.</li>
<li>Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system, including raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control data.</li>
<li>Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment.</li>
<li>Other ERP responsibilities as assigned</li>
</ul><div><b>Sanitation/Safety</b></div><ul>
<li>Clean and sanitize work areas and food processing equipment, walls, floors etc. with the use of chemicals.</li>
<li>Must always wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing job duties.</li>
<li>Must follow all rules set by the Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) and Safe Quality Foods (SQF) and attend all related meetings and/or training sessions.</li>
