 Summary:
 
 
 Repairs and maintains diesel and gasoline commercial trucks by performing the following duties. Must live or relocate to within 45 minutes of the branch.
 
 
 
 Qualifications You Bring:

 Education and/or Experience
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or at least five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional years of experience are a plus.
 </li>
 </ul>
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Mathematical Skills
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must be able to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
 </li>
 </ul>
 </li>
 <li>
 Must possess a valid driver's license.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have working knowledge that relates to total engine repair and replacement, running gear and suspension, electrical and welding on all company owned vehicles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must possess a stable work history with good references.
 </li>

 Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 KEY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBLITES:
 
 Other duties may be assigned.
 
 
 Maintain and make repairs a fleet of light duty delivery trucks (under 10,000gvw)
 <ul>
 <li>
 Reads job order and observes and listens to truck in operation to determine malfunction and to plan work procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Class A CDL License
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Inspection License for class 8 trucks
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs preventative maintenance inspections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a company implemented Preventive Maintenance Program for all branch company vehicles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Installs new ignition systems, aligns front wheels, changes or recharges batteries, and replaces transmissions and other parts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Examines protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and makes adjustments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lubricates moving parts and drives repaired truck to verify conformance to specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain parts inventory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all work orders are completed and entered for repair work completed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Fleet Manager on any problems or issues with trucks, people, inventory, budget and any additional areas of concern that arise.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and be responsible for budgets on all branch vehicles with Branch Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Route Sales People the repairs preformed and note any deficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate outside work with all subcontractors used.
 </li>

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 
 This role has the primary responsibility of safely operating a forklift to load/unload trucks and position raw materials.
 
 
 
 Warehouse Receiver Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Will unload trucks and receive/bale cardboard, this also includes unloading suppliers trucks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have a forklift certification and maintain safe forklift operation at all times
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform seasoning storage and placement guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Will count and inventory raw material
 </li>
 <li>
 Must understand Safe Quality Food documentation, labeling and storage procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete proper rotation procedure of first in/first out
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to use a handheld mobile device for receiving and inventory
 </li>
 <li>
 Will complete forklift inspection and cleaning, document the inspection and submit the inspection report to the supervisor. Must report any problems found during the inspection right away.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system, including production orders, materials, and finished goods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data, including production status, material usage, and equipment maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system, including raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other ERP responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Safety and Sanitation
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Warehouse clean-up
 </li>
 <li>
 Empty trash and garbage containers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow all safety guidelines as described in the safety code of conduct while working in an environment that requires climbing and working in confined spaces.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must wear proper personal protective equipment for each performing duty.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must attend all safety and SQF (Safe Quality Food) meetings/training and work by these standards.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Administrative Support
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for filling in for different production positions, including giving breaks if necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to work in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, D365 and PowerPoint.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for communicating with coworkers, supervisor or other departments based on production needs.
