What You'll Do<ul><li>
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
</li><li>Drive results through effective sales and finance strategies
</li><li>Ensure 100% customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
</li><li>Structure deals and ensure compliance with company standards
</li><li>Maximize profitability on every transaction
</li><li>Support F&amp;I operations and assist with deal structuring as needed
</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to achieve store and regional goals
</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>
Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales/Finance Management experience</li><li>
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
</li><li>Results-driven with high energy and motivation
</li><li>Experience with CRM systems and dealership processes
</li><li>Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus
</li><li>Manufacturers Master Sales/Management certifications are a strong plus
</li><li>Flexible schedule, including weekends
</li><li>High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus)
