Job Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><ul><li>
Partner with engineering leaders to understand what a great candidate for that role looks like in each technical role (SDE-4, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer).</li><li>
Evaluate candidate fitment by reviewing their past work, technical contributions, and problem-solving approaches.</li><li>
Conduct structured technical conversations to pre-assess candidates before formal interviews.</li><li>
Build and nurture long-term pipelines of deep-tech engineers in Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and Data Infra.</li><li>
Apply a systematic approach to <b>target, network and engage with passive talent pools</b>.</li><li>
Deliver an engaging candidate experience and be the brand ambassador for Hevo in this community of users.</li></ul></ul></div></div><div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Desired Candidate Profile:</b></h3><ul><ul><li>
5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on senior engineering roles.</li><li>
Ability to understand engineering depth&mdash;you don&rsquo;t need to code, but you should be able to evaluate whether a backend engineer has built for scale, or if a DevOps engineer has automated infra at complexity.</li><li>
Track record of closing Staff/Principal-level hires at product or deep-tech companies.</li><li>
Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes&mdash;by understanding their technical impact and role fit.</li><li>
Excellent storytelling skills to articulate Hevo&rsquo;s vision to top engineers.</li><li>
