You will balance independent work with an ability to accomplish tasks in a highly collaborative, team-based environment. You will effectively prioritize workloads to meet deadlines and work objectives.As the Social Media Strategist your job will focus on increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets. You will be implementing content strategies, analyze engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning with the digital team campaigns to enhance and further build community online for our clients.We are looking for someone with social media and marketing experience, who is looking to learn and grow. This position requires exceptional writing skills, desire to learn and grow in the industry while pushing boundaries and having a solution based approach.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain a company&rsquo;s brand voice</li><li>Work with graphic designer (marketing professionals) to develop social media marketing campaigns</li><li>Analyze the company&rsquo;s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements</li><li>Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company&rsquo;s marketing activities</li><li>Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIs</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Great verbal and written communication skills are essential to interactions with designers, clients and customers.</li><li>Must identify social media events such as interesting hashtags or a sensitive topic and share appropriate content that aligns with the company&rsquo;s social media strategy.</li><li>Ability to craft engaging content that aligns with customer trends and market changes.</li><li>Ability to use digital technologies to meet the goals of social media campaigns.</li><li>Experience with Social Media Analytics</li><li>Familiarity with social media and content management systems</li></ul>Bonuses:<ul><li>Previous experience writing blogs and website copy</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social media marketing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Wichita, KS 67202 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
